The decks of our boats are formed using fiberglass material. PVC is used as a substitution for a traditional plywood inner core, making the deck harder and lighter, as well as giving it a better waterproof performance. American Ashland brand resin and gelcoats are used for the finish.
We use three different materials for the production of inflatable tubes, including PVC from Germany, Hypalon fabric from the French company ORCA and Hypalon fabric from Taiwan. Each has different warranties, at 3 years, 5 years and 40 months (3.5 years) respectively. In addition, all accessories are of the highest possible quality, with the valves made in Britain, the handles made in Italy, and the fender made in the United States. All accessories feature a 1 year warranty, and we use only the best raw materials to ensure the final quality of each product.
All inflatable boats are produced by experienced workers, and we use a vacuum infusion technique to ensure the fiberglass hull is harder, followed by the connection of the vertical and horizontal keels to connect to the hull. We use an open deck design that is easy to maintain and repair. The FRP arch is also designed with extra storage space, making it ideal for storage of small items such as a water bottle or towel. At Lian Ya, we put your safety above all else. Each inflatable boat meets ISO6185 and ISO12217 international standards, and is CE certified. Strict quality control is conducted for each production process, and each boat is tested for leaks using soapy water. They are then inflated and remain inflated for 48 hours for a pressure check. Finally, before packaging, all boats are inspected one last time.
